MiFID II – Law 7/2024, of 27 May, on the organisation and functioning of financial system operators and market abuse

MiFID II (Markets in Financial Instruments Directive) is the name given to the European regulation governing aspects related to the provision of investment services and the functioning of markets. In Andorra, this regulation is governed by Law 7/2024, of 27 May, on the organisation and functioning of entities operating in the financial system and market abuse.
